MAP was launched in 2004 after the eyes of many of us on the High Desert were opened to the lack of laws protecting our children from sex predators and what appeared to be a general lack of involvement by law makers and others in our children's well being.
Albert Einstein once said, "The world is a dangerous place to live, not because of the people who are evil, but because of the people who don't do anything about it."
A child is one of God's gifts. Yet look at what we've allowed to happen to all too many of them. We abuse them, have sex with them, even kill them. But who cares? Some people evidently don't or we wouldn't stand for what's happening to them now.

That's why we started MAP.
CHANGE CAN ONLY START WITH YOU!
MAP wants to make a change. With your help we can achieve that goal!
Laws need to be strengthened, and the public need to be constantly vigilant and aware of the issues and how they effect the community, society and our children.
